Gumbo update: We’re going to postpone the Gumbo Cookoff to the fall at the beginning of football season.
Make sure to come out to the LSU Carolinas’ second annual gumbo cookoff! Tickets are $10 and will be available from our PayPal Site beginning April 2nd. Make sure to bring your own drinks and outdoor games!
